Dalston and the villages down the valley are about as local as it gets.
Village work is the full mix: EV chargers for commuting households, fuse board upgrades in older cottages, EICRs for landlords and house sales, extensions and garden buildings wired on proper circuits.
Being this close means small jobs are worth ringing about. A dead circuit or a socket that needs moving doesn't need a big firm and a big call-out fee, it needs somebody local who'll sort it and certify it.
